ill titleRestorations

We restore each carburetor regardless of application, as though we were the original manufacturer. Each carburetor is totally disassembled, including bases and all passage plugs. All component parts are then cleaned in hot tank solutions. Zinc castings are then dichromated (colored), for protection against oxidation. Aluminum castings are also dichromated (clear) for protection. All steel linkage parts are then cleaned and replated. Base assemblys are cleaned, painted, or black oxided. The carburetor component parts are then reassembled using all new correct gaskets, pumps, needles, and seats, clips, check balls, springs, etc, and all new correct screws. All factory bench adjustments are then performed on the carburetor. After the adjustments, the carburetor is then packed with a new base gasket, air cleaner gasket, if necessary, and then are shrink wrapped in heavy gauge plastic boxed and ready for shipment.

All Carburetors and parts shipped to us for Restoration or repair, must be accompanied by our "ORDER FORM".

Why don't we kits and parts on-line?.

Due to the diverse nature of the parts that we sell we cannot be sure that we can provide you with an accurate list for your parts. We have found it is better for us to evaluate your requests and then respond to you with any questions before shipping your parts. Just because you have a '54 Chevrolet this may not be the original carburetor, we want you to be happy with your purchase. The use of our restoration form will allow us to make recommendations and give you an accurate quote. Complete the form and we will respond to you.
